Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, and Malaysia Airlines offer connecting flights from Perth to various cities in Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.

Singapore Airlines, for instance, often routes flights through its hub at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), offering seamless connections to multiple cities in Japan. Similarly, Cathay Pacific and Malaysia Airlines frequently connect passengers through their respective hubs in Hong Kong (HKG) and Kuala Lumpur (KUL), providing convenient onward journeys to Japan.
